Took it apart. there was a support beam pressing
against the fan. Replaced the fan (it was dying
anyhow) and the support beam from a printer we had
sitting around the tech area. Problem solved.

She called back and let me listen to the noise 
and it was really bad. She said that she is 
sitting 3 feet away from it and can't stand the 
noise.

This just started to happen yesterday and now the 
noise is non-stop. SHe said that when it prints 
it makes the loud noises. When it is just sitting 
there it makes a humming noise. SHe said that she 
will be in the rest of the day if someone can 
come down and look at it.
