Had to adjust more IE settings. Something about
Virtual Machine's ActiveX controller and the fact
it downloads in an excel file type was the problem.

Unsigned ActiveX controls were set to Disabled,
which did not allow the website to display
properly. I set them to Prompt and the website
works fine now. I also showed Firefox to Kristi,
which has no problems with the website.

This new credit card system can produce monthly 
reports but she can't open them. She called the 
company that makes the software and they thought 
this might be due to a firewall on our end.
