It's installed and ready to go. Since Nathan
already knows about the need to install starboard
I'm going to go ahead and close this ticket.

I will be out till 9/4, please go ahead and
install it and I'll finish it when I get back.
Also, the KVM does not switch the monitor, only
the keyboard and mouse. It does not use software,
just a P/S 2 connection from them. Use the touch
panel to switch between thin client and computer.

Machine's all set to go. Just needs to be
installed in NS101. However, couldn't find install
media or install files for starboard. Assigning to
Nathan to get that installed. Other than that it's
good to go.

Brought the machine back to the office. We're
going to swap out the machine with another one
we've got so I'm getting the new machine ready to
replace the faulty one.

Double checked on my thumb drive when I got back
to the office. Still working fine on my machine.

When a thumb drive is inserted into the front USB
ports on the PC (WOU#20040424) the pc gives an
error saying "USB Device Not Recognized" When you
click on the bubble to see what's going on it
simply lists the thumb drive as an "unrecognized
device" and tells you to reattach the device
and/or replace it. The thumb drive works fine on
my office comp.

Hitting scroll lock twice shifts the keyboard and
mouse over to the thin client (I think) but the
video stays on the PC screen so you can't see what
you're doing on the thin client side. KVM video
cable may be loose?

I was going to check the thumb drive on the thin
client, but since i can't get the video feed I
can't really do that.

Going to go check out the thumb drive issue. I'll
see if I can figure out the toggling software as
well while I'm there.

The Instructor Station in NS 101 does not read
USB Sticks in the 2 front USB ports of the PC.

Steven also mentioned that they have a program
that toggles between the Thin client and PC they
have set up and just wanted to make sure that
this software is working properly because someone
tried to use that feature today and was not
successfull.

Emailing Steven is best because he is in
