Problem resolved. The appropriate users were made
admins on the machines and that fixed the error
they were getting. Also registered each of the
machines so the trial version issue should be
resolved. Closing ticket.

The faculty member who uses the software will be
in tomorrow, the 29th, after 12.

Called to verify which machines are having issues
with the software. There are only two machines
that are having problems (20030859[Edit Inv], 20030860).
Purchase info shows licenses for both of these
machines.

One machine Text Aloud software is giving error 
message Server threw and exception.

The other machine : says that the trial version 
has expired of the software Text Aloud

They are asking if we have licenses for these 
machines.

3 machines total that they know of right now.
