She tried to hit ESC to exit setup, but that took 
her to another exit option. She said that she 
didn't know what to do. After I had talked with 
her, she finally figured out how to exit. Now, 
she wants to know WHY this happened. SHe is in 
all day, except for 11:30-12:30 for lunch.
