He was finally able to log in.  He typed his 
password in wrong more than 3 times AGAIN!  Alex 
released the lock.

He fudged his pass word several times.  He is 
locked out of his account.  He is going to go do 
something else and try again later.  If it still 
doesn't work he will call back.

I asked him if he tried to log in using his 
username and password and he said that it would 
not work for him. I also asked if anyone else has 
used his machine and he said NO.
