Called back. Discovered the print button.

Called to change availability time. Tomorrow he 
won't be available until 1pm.

1) First Page only printing out on multiple page 
print jobs. He said he checked the settings.

2) When trying to print an email he copied then 
pasted into word, he gets this error message:

"Word could not load email envelope. Could be 
caused by network connection problem or problem 
with office installation."

Gone in half an hour.
Call around 10 am ion the mor
