I finally got it to work around 5:00. Had to use a
little program called winsockxpfix. It restores
the registries which got deleted. I brought the pc
back so all is well

I 'sped up' all of their computers. After doing
so, one of the computers refused to get a network
connection. The wou on that pc is 20020683[Edit Inv]. I'm
currently working on it.

Called and talked to Lori about the situation.
Looks like some of their network-based apps, like
Outlook, have been running slow this week. She
compared it to "dial-up speed". She wants me to
remote in in 45 min to machine 20020700[Edit Inv] and take a
look. I also brought up the possibility of
excessive network traffic and the fact that the
issues are originating from 2002 machines.

She said that this started early this week. She
said that she can open everything, but it is
taking a few miniutes to do so. She said that
they have all restarted, and shut down their
machines, but that didn't help.
