When Mike comes to pick up his laptop, have him
log in, and then copy his old profile to the new
profile. Old profile is named mcgladm_OLD

I called to let him know his machine is ready. He
will call us when he wants to stop by and pick it up.

Put a fresh install of XP on the machine. Drivers,
updated, admins, bound.

No luck removing the virus. I talked to Mike and
he is fine with getting a fresh install of windows
on the laptop. I backed up the files he requested
to my machine.

Laptop definitely has viruses. Brad walked me
through using Hijackthis, but it failed to solve
the problem. Currently running Ad-Aware and
Spybot scans

I called and left a message instructing him to
drop the laptop off during our business hours.

Helpdesk: When the laptop is dropped off please
call the tech phone or use Skype to notify the
techs that the laptop has been received.

His virus needs to be taken care of. He lives in
Salem, and would like to drop it off. Call him
at home, and he is available up until early
afternoon. He is unable to use the computer with
the virus. 503-585-3797.
