There was a temp computer over there while their 
Mac was being worked on. Konnie had financial 
info on the one just taken from her office. She 
was hoping someone could email the files to her 
and then erase them from the machine so that 
nobody would have access to that info. She 
requested that someone call her right away, she 
is nervous about having the information "out 
there"

She called back again and said that she is still 
waiting for help. She said that she will be at a 
meeting from 8:30-noon, but will be back after 
that. She is not sure if she has to be there when 
you are. She really wants this done. Thanks

She called looking for status.

She called back and asked for a status..she also 
mentioned that she needs to do a lot of work on 
it before next week.

Task reassigned to Brad Dougherty.

I'm going home with a bad back. Brad's going to
finish this up for me. The file's have been
converted and stored as PE MAC Backup.zip on our I
drive.

It's a thin client, but I should be able to copy
the  information to the network drive for her.
I'll head over.

Sharron's out of the office for the rest of the
day. Going to call her tomorrow and make sure
everything's working for her.

Called and let her know that we'll have it to her
as soon as they have it to us. She didn't sound
happy, but I explained that it was out of our
hands at this point.

Sharon called wondering if there was an estimated 
time on when she would get her machine back. Told 
her I would notified the techs of her inquiry.

She said it was a busy time and she would 
appreciate having it back as soon as possible.

This is going to have to go in for service. Got
documents off of the local hard drive and saved
them to the following network path to be restored
when we get the machine back:

I:\Students\UCSTech\PE MAC Backup

There are several documents and three user
profiles in that folder that need to be restored
when we get the machine back if the hard drive has
been wiped.

Computer restarted during updates, at login
screen, and at various other intervals. Doesn't
seem to be necessarily a heat issue. I've brought
the machine back to the office to test it out.

This is a Mac. Heading over to take a look at it.
I'm wondering if this is the overheating problem
Myron's become so familiar with.
