I called her back and told her the issue is now 
resolved. I am closing the ticket.

She called back saying she is still not able to 
open any word document.

He is using Remote Desktop to the Terminal 
Server, and also his own machine.

He called us and is having the exact same word 
issue. Started about 10 minutes ago.

She cannot open up any word document. She gets 
the same message: Microsoft Office Word 
experienced an error.

She tried to restart her machine, but still same 
error, and its any .doc file

This problem started about 10 minutes ago
