This is related to the H drive problems that
people are having with Word. Fix is in progress.

His favorites are there, but when he clicks the 
link, nothing happens. This started today, and he 
said its essential for him to send reports today 
from all of his favorites. 

He logged onto a different machine, and still 
same problem. He is on a PC and not a Terminal 
Server.

He will be available all day.
