Excel error: Cannot be accessed. The file may be 
read only, or you may be trying to access a read 
only location, or the server the doc is stored on 
may not be responding.

I had her check her Word documents, and she gets 
the same error as a few people earlier today. 
Error: Word experienced an error:

She was not using any Excel/Word document when 
she got the message, she logged into her machine 
and the first file she went to open gave her the 
error message.

She will be in her office all day, except from 
Noon - 1pm for lunch.
