She had a word document she was trying to open 
earlier this morning when she kept getting the 
Word has experienced an error problem. Now that 
the problem has been fixed, she opened up the 
document, but it contains erros she said, like 
random letters and symbols and it is incomplete. 

She would like ths file to be restored. Last time 
she used file was yesterday
