She called back and said that she finally went 
over and found the little box on the top center 
of the screen and that worked.... I am closing 
the task

Nancy said that they have tried unplugging the 
thin client and then plugging it back in to see 
if that will unfreeze the machine, but it is not 
working. I told her to try and move her mouse up 
to the top center of the screen and she said that 
she was not by the computer to do that. She wants 
someone to come down and help with this. Someone 
is there all day.
