She just called back. It seems that while Brian 
was there, all of her files in her C drive were 
deleted.

None of her files or folders are there when she 
goes into the H: She said that she is not sure 
what is wrong. I asked her to go under Start, and 
then My Documents to see if they show up there 
and she said that she couldn't even find where it 
said My Documents. She will be in all day, but 
you should call first just in case she is out for 
a minute.
