Hey Ermie,

I am going to close Service Request: 21960 Needs
Chinese character ability added to these two machines.

I have the information about the remaining part of
this task in Service Request: 21957 His computer
just randomly shuts down on him.

So when you get the notice saying it is done, I
have not forgotten about your machine needing the
Chinese (RPC) Language and Keyboard.

I will look at this when I go to see about his
restarting computer.

Both of thses machines are in his office.  
someone will be there all day.  He will be in a 
different office since he has another task in 
for his machine shutting down all of the time
