In a nutshell, I made her a new profile, updated
Contribute, and transferred all the settings she
required to the new profile (Outlook, Firefox).
Ran Ccleaner and windows updates. She's all set

Laura called from Eugene. She said Brian (she 
thought it was Brad though) was in the middle of 
working on her machine remotely. She wanted to 
speak to Brian. I Skyped with no response, left a 
message:

[10:18:25 AM] UCS Service Request Desk says: 
Brad, Laura Beck is on the phone and you are 
working on her machine remotely? She wants to 
talk to you. Can i transfer her back?

[10:21:39 AM] UCS Service Request Desk says: 
Actually, I looked up Laura Beck's SR and it 
looks like Brian is working on her machine. Task 
21966. She would like a return call @ 541-346-
0598.

She is expecting a call on Thursday at 9AM to her
Eugene office phone 541-346-0598 to have someone
remote in and solve this issue.  She is planning
her day around this appointment, so the call needs
to be made on time.

Called her campus phone, but no one home.

Shows icon on desktop as well as start menu.
Click on either launch, it starts to open and 
window pops up and the disappears.

No error message-- just quits and nothing 
happens. Hourglass shows until the window 
disapperars, then so does hourglass. Everything 
else still functions and does not freeze after 
Contribute doesn't open.

Not problem before, first noticed problem last 
week, hadn't used it for a long time before that.

No issues with any other software.

Tried shutting down multiple times.

Often off campus so she gave another contact:
