She's been emailed to test it.  I updated the
client on ea TS.  I upgraded the test instance in
1, 2, 3.

Instance 1 will not come up, 2 working... she 
wanted to have contact with Joe. She is desperate 
to get at least an update on the status. She has 
calleded/emailed 4 times without a response (no 
tech memos between last few memos.)

Sharyne called to get a status.  She's unable to 
do her work properly and if a new system can not 
be provided, wants to know if she can be given a 
loaner system.  This will become CRITICAL soon.

I don't quite understand the connection between 
testing and registration, but this is very 
important for her and she will be unable to do 
her job without another system.

She called back asking what the progress was on 
this ticket. She mentioned that the New student 
week is coming up and she needs this problem 
resolved before then. She seemed pretty annoyed..

She needs to have the test results print in her 
office, but her office printer isn't showing up 
in the list of available printers.  She can, 
however use a printer down the hall, but that 
printer is in a public location, thus making the 
possibility of privacy breach more likely.

shipping the latest version to us.  It should arrive in "one or two 
days."

She was told to run students' tests on a 
different server (TS10) and she did and it hasn't 
worked.

She has a student right now trying to take the 
test and she doesn't know if she should turn them 
away or when she can get it running correctly 
again.

So the temp workaround is not working.

I got a temp owrkaround (some TS work some don't).  I've 
contacted the company to get the latest version of the software.

She called back and said that the other computer 
is doing the same thing. That number is 20060095[Edit Inv]. 
She said that she now needs someone to come out 
and help because the student is waiting to take 
the test and there is not another working 
computer.

This is making it almost impossible to read the 
questions. She moved the student over to another 
computer, but she needs this working soon. The 
computer is in AA 307.
