Michael Orr	Sep 06, 2007 08:43 AM	I searched back as far as March and the only remotely similar ticket I could find was 21682 which was an Excel issue that Skyler helped him with and resolved. Not sure what he's referring to about not being helped. Going to call and see if I can help him with this. He's a Mac user.	Add Attachment

Courtney Wehner	Sep 05, 2007 12:01 PM	He said that this has happened before and he put a task in about a month and a half ago and was never helped? He will be in his office for the rest of the day. Tomorrow he will be in in the afternoon. You should call first if you will be going over tomorrow.
