Jim's PDF creator is working fine. Cara (one
office down) has no adobe software other than the
reader and said that she did have an adobe pdf
creator, but it is gone. She downloaded CutePDF
and uses that. It is free and so I told her to use
that unless she has problems and wants to purchase
an Adobe Acrobat license.

He is trying to make a pdf of a document. "A 
problem with the current printer setup. You may 
need to reinstall the printer driver." he will be 
in till 5:30p.
