account has been created for Karissa under her 
new name-- Karissa Coleman.

Last month her name was changed from Loughridge 
to Coleman. She logged on successfully once with 
her new name a couple weeks ago and today she 
tried and got an error message when attempting 
log in:
your account has been disabled, contact an 
administrator

She CAN get into email with old username Coleman 
with the same password she has been using, but 
not her new username.
