to run the update if it's needed.

Please check if she has 10.3 or 10.4.  If it's 10.3, please update that 
machine to 10.4

She was dragging folders over, not just 
individual docs. Mostly word docs in folders.

Has files saved on her machine but wants them 
saved to the network as well. Starts to copy 
from "My Documents" (machine) to "My Documents" 
(Apple K) and it stops the process midway with an 
error message:
"Operation could not be completed because 
unexpected error code -51"

Available tomorrow morning before noon.
Not available after that until next Thurs.
