She was able to log in and change her login 
password. She is able to log in and out of her 
machine now, and asked us to close the ticket.

I am closing the ticket.

She has returned and is still having the same 
problem.

She was using her machine after she got the 
prompt to change her password, then she left her 
office and the machine went to sleep mode, when 
prompted to log in again, her new pass did not 
work, her old pass did not work either.

She shut down the machine and restarted it, but 
still could not log in with the new password she 
made, or the old one.

Available for another 40 minutes (until 2:30pm)
