Firefox and Explorer will not open the Java-based
web app they are using for scheduling. Ran
Ccleaner, windows updates, uninstalled and
reinstalled JRE and was still running into
problems. Had Myron (aka "The Big Guns") stop by
and, through an antivirus scan and the
uninstallation of some programs, he got things
running.

Tami: 88313 is the contact for this.

Her machine will not install NUESOFT software for 
scheduling, the NUESOFT was purchased by UCS for 
the HEALTH center and several other employees 
have installed it, but Tami has problems doing 
so. Trisha Guy called on her behalf so when I 
asked for more specific information, she could 
not give it to me.
