This was probably a disconnected session. I left
Twi a voicemail explaining that and reminding her
to Log Off in the future as to avoid this problem.

when trying to remote into the terminal servers, 
she gets a blank screen.  Connect->enter pswd etc-
>black screen and no icons or anything.  First 
time, the screen was blue and successive time the 
screen was black.
