Printer said it was out of paper, but it was full
of paper. Removed the paper and the paper tray and
re-inserted them, but still said 'out of paper'.
Deleted the printer and let windows auto detect
it. This removed the 'out of paper' notification,
but the printer still would not print.  Deleted
the drivers and download drivers from the HP
website. Printer still would not print. Reverted
back to 'original windows signed drivers' and that
finally did the trick.

This happens consistently with each job sent to 
the printer.  The printer is a local printer in 
room 208.  She will be out of the office for the 
next couple of days, but anyone in the Cottage 
has her permission to open her office for the 
tech.
