I had left a message with you letting you know
that in order to
activate the jack for the printer you will need to
contact Teresa
Bybee at telecom.

Since the printer is already plugged in and is
setup on our end, once
that jack is enabled it should start working.

Unless you are having any other issues regarding
this problem I am
going to be closing your task.

I called Trisha and left her a message letting her
know that she'll need to contact Telecom to get
the jack activated.

Putting this on hold until she calls back when the
jack is active.

OK, I can access radar through my WOU account. 
Printer is on radar, but the network jack it's
plugged into is not active (001B004A). They want
it activated and are willing to pay for it. I was
going to take care of it at telecom, but Travis
has me working on ITC 001.

(username and password prompt which I cannot get
past) can add the printer to the machine.

Network name:HC-studenthealth color printer on 
Radar.

They just need it hooked up to the network.  The 
physical location of the printer is in the Health 
Education/Reception area.
