She logged into the machine next the one giving 
her trouble successfully, so I asked for the WOU 
number of the troublesome machine.  20051148[Edit Inv] is 
that number.

She logged into the computer in academic 
advising, logged out, and then tried to log into 
MASH in the WUC lab, but could not.  It loads the 
desktop, but without the clock, and the start 
button does not work.  She has an hourglass as 
the pointer.  Then is just hangs.
