I bound the machine to mash and gave her account
admin privs. She still is going to use the wouuser
account until she is ready to migrate. She will
call us if she ever decides to do so.

She called at 2:04, and will be around until 
2:30pm today.  She'll be in and out tomorrow.  
She requests that there be a situation with 
usernamse: wouuser and then no password, saying 
that this is the way that it was.

She's not bound to the domain, has a password set
on the wouuser account, and stores files locally
to the machine.  I requested a call back from her
to get this all sorted out.

Since she reset her password, she can't install 
the latest iTunes, which she says she had 
permission to do before the new password.  In and 
out Thurs 13th and Friday the 14th of sept.
