As far as I can test on my own, it looks like
Banner pin retrieval is working properly. I'd
suggest possibly looking through junk email folder
or suggesting to the student to come into
computing services so the entire process can be
watched while it's happening.

So the problem she says is that they are trying 
to help 2 students get their Banner Pins sent to 
their emails, but when the students log into 
their wou email, they have nothig in their inbox.

One of the students was not there, and the other 
was Susannah Walker: 	swalker07@wou.edu 

Tamie said that she would be the contact for this 
and the Susannah's info is below.
