The library called back and said that it was a 
PROXY SERVER issue and that we should know and it 
might help us out.

The library called and they cannot access any of 
the links off of Library and Media Services: 
http://www.wou.edu/provost/library/databases/

whenever anyone tries to go to a link, it gives 
the Unable to Connect error. 

Lori wants to know if that is something we deal 
with. Also, there is one more link that is not 
working, Under Library and Media Services, the 
last link, Ulrich's Periodical Directory is down.
