This is their only color printer and so they need 
this working ASAP.

They are not getting any error messages.

The printer(20030485) is saying that it is ready 
to print, but when she goes to look at the print 
jobs, there are not any there. She said that no 
one else in the office can print to this printer 
either. She said that Friday was the last day 
they could print to it.
