Audrey Sundkvist	Sep 25, 2007 10:03 AM	Myron explained to me that MS Works has a built in minimum and maximum memory requirement and thats is causing the issue. He tried MS's solution (installing different drivers), but it broke the printer. Myron reinstalled the printer and suggests that Karen print to the Microsoft Image Writer and then print that image document.	Add Attachment

Courtney Wehner	Sep 18, 2007 09:27 AM	Printer 20070347. The error says Microsoft Works out of memory. She is in VH 125 and that is where the printer is also. She will be in this morning. You have helped someone else in the same office for the same problem before she said.	Add Attachment
