Was getting error 49.4c02 which is apparently a
communication error. The error would freeze the
menu so menu navigation was impossible. The final
fix was to reset the jet direct. It prints fine now.

Not Printing.
Prints half the page. Word Documents

Turn it off and on, still not working.
