He just needed to go through accountlookup and
reset his LDAP password.

To Techs:
Please go over and watch him go through the steps
to log in.  This application uses the normal LDAP
authentication (same as email) for everyone and
there shouldn't be any issues with incorrect
password unless he's using an incorrect password.

Above is the URL that Judy sent out in her 
email.  He gets to the page successfully but 
when he trys to log in to one of the choices he 
is told his password is incorrect.  He can log 
into the network just fine
