She will be available from 9:30am to 11am and 1pm 
to 4pm. Missed the call when was in a meeting and 
couldn't remember who gave her the call.

today has a short mtg at 3:30
tomorrow morning available 9a-11a
tomorrow afternoon after 3pm

she doesn't know whether the docs she needs to 
find are word docs or other.

she often saves docs not knowing whether they are 
saved to desktop or h drive etc.

She mentioned she should take an into to 
computing class. I told her it's beneficial.

The scrolling issue: she says some of the docs 
don't show all of the info in the window... says 
the scroll left and right doesn't work?
