Told her that they would need a new scanner if
they wanted to be able to scan on the mac side
since that one is so old.

The drivers were taking longer than normal to load
but they did indeed load! Then she wants the
scanner to work on the mac side but the hp website
wants to charge 10 dollars to ship the drivers cd
and they offer no download alternative. Looking
online has given nothing useful. According to Joe,
I should tell them that we aren't going to support
functionality on the mac side since it was
formerly a pc lab.

This is a follow-up to SR #22015. When she 
chooses the Windows OS it goes to the Ctrl Alt 
Delete screen. When this happens there is no 
keyboard response and no mouse movement. She also 
wants to know what application she can use on the 
Mac side to scan.
