Paul and I seem to have looked at this task right
about the same time. Bryan's connection to NS124
is an TCP/IP connection and the server had changed
the printer's IP address. He can now print to that
printer, but radar printers will not work.

He called back and said that he could not print 
from other machines as well. He tried other 
printers and other machines, but he cannot print.

Bryan called back to say that he tried to print 
to other printers and then he was still unable to 
print any documents. He aslo said that he is 
going to be in meetings for most of the day and 
needs to be able to print documents for those 
meetings.

Brian is unable to print any documents or emails. 
NS 124 printer is the one he is trying to print 
to. Fails to print and just says "error 
printing". He is the only one in the office at 
the moment, so it is unknown if anyone else is 
having the same issue.
