Scanner did not have a model number or style type
on it.  Got that info from inventory.  The correct
drivers/software were installed, but kept erring
out, stating that no scanner was attached. 
Uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them which
solved the problem.

The scanner number is 20010800[Edit Inv]
She will be in her office from 8-5 all this 
week.She was able to scane eariler and not now. 
The error message is saying they can not find 
each other.
