User called back. He is still experiencing the 
issue.

The computer WOU # is MC92900 (He did not know 
where to look for the WOU Number, This is what he 
gave me.)
The printer is just not able to print. Every 
thing looks like it is in the right place and 
pluged in.  The printer is saying it is ready and 
doing good but no error message.
