his office computer again. He needs a tech to go 
back there and help him. SORRY

I walked him through changing his password.  He
locked himself out of his account, so I'll call
over there in 15 to make sure he can log in with
the new pass.

he tried making a new pw, didn't work I was
unaware of one condition you must have all the
three conditions within the first seven
characters. Corvallis is currently down and
account lookup doesn't work now. I will head back
over when Corvallis is back up.

User called back. He said he was unable to use 
Account lookup and wants someone to show him how.

I called him back to have him try accountlookup. 
He said that he was getting the invalid password 
error, and the domain error. I had to leave a 
message.

He called back and said that it didn't help when 
he restarted his computer. He is in his office 
waiting to do work.

message everytime.
