It was bound, but wasn't detecting a network
connection. An ipconfig /renew fixed it.

She called back and said that she cannot log on
to her machine. It tells her it cannot find MASH.
And she was told to call back if it was not
working correctly. "Domain Mash is not available"

Delivered her machine, but she was in a meeting.
Told another faculty member working in the office
to have her give us a call if she has any
questions or needs anything else set up.

Her machine was full of spyware/adware problems
so, since she just started using the machine and
had nothing personal on it, I brought it back to
UCS for a fresh image.

Web pages also do not completely load and leave
the screen partially blank. The little square
follows the mouse every time a web page is visited

Stopped by to check out the issue. She gets a
small square, smaller than the mouse pointer,
every time she moves to a new web page. I ran
ccleaner, but the square remains. I am currently
running a virus scan, which is already picking up
an infected file. She had to go to lunch, so the
scan is running and the door is locked. She will
call us back when the scan is complete.

She will be in and out, and you can call first if
you want. Otherwise she will not be very far
away.

HL 117E is where she is located. She said that
after the little boxes pop up, the will go away,
and then after a while, rectangle chucks of the
screen will turn white. She has to hit refresh
the screen to get them to go away. Then it all
repeats itselfs. She said that the rectangles
start near whereever the mouse is.
