The computer has been reimaged and Nathan had me
install Starboard from the installs drive. It is
back in NS101 and USB ports work.

desk, bring a screwdriver.

This is the same station that has has this issue before.  Check with 
Nathan to confirm this.  We have swapped machines and reimaged.  
I wonder if there's a USB device in that room that is foo-barring 
this.

The machine does not detect any USB thumb drives.
There is a problem with Windows detecting the
thumb drives. I spoke with Dell Support and he
said to reinstall Windows.

usb drive before calling him.

Professor Schoenfeld tried to use his thumbdrive 
at the instructors station located in NS 101 but 
was unable to access it. Schoenfeld ext: 88165
