Ran Ad Aware, CCleaner, and Defrag on her 
computer. She said she hadn't ran ccleaner since 
August and she didn't know the last time she or 
anyone ran a defrag. she said she also had a 
printer problem while i was there so that 
problem is fixed also.

She called back. Now internet is elow too. Word 
is now slow a majority of the time instead of 
intermittenly.

office when not scheduled for her regular office

Would like diagnostics run on it.
Shield says everything is fine.
Browser/internet is normal.
Word is intermittenly running slowly-- when 
opening docs or doing regular commands.
Excel is fine.

She is concerned that this problem is a sign of 
something bigger. She is trying to avoid losing 
work/her computer to be fixed.
