Laurie's machine was not very slow, but I ran
CCleaner, Spybot, and deleted old profiles, just
in case.

ok, the memory is being recognized by her system
(1.5 GB total). We should probably run ccleaner
while she is logged in, which means she needs to
be there. She has class from 11-12 and 1-4 today.

Good times to call are the next hour and friday 
morning 0830 until 1045.  It is ok to ask sharyne 
to let you in her office.  She wants to know if 
something is running in the background that can 
be shut down.  She is a bit frustrated by the 
slowness of the machine.  If the machine is a dog 
she needs to know that so she can complain to the 
division chair instead of us.

called let her know that we are trying to get a

I skyped the techs.

she called and said she is available now until

She called back and said that she is in now until

I reopened this task because she called back and 
said that her computer is still running slowly. 
She said it takes several seconds to save.

We have memory in for Laurie's station(AA303), 
please do a a check of her system as Skyler 
suggested as she feels like things are being 
overlooked when she called me.  I will put in 
tech inbox # along with invoice and a 1GB Gizmo 
Drive for Maria Fung(AA305) that can be delivered 
to Sharyne Ryals(AA306)

She said she would talk to her department, so I'm
closing the task.

Told her she would need more memory and I told her
the math dep. would need to do that through Joanie.

She said that when she tries send attachments, or 
copy files, her computer will freeze. She said 
that sometimes it will unfreeze itself, and other 
times she has to restart the machine. She said 
that tomorrow between 2p and 4p would be the best 
time to come to her office.
