Dianna was trying to open a word document that was
from an older version of Word than she has.
Windows was giving her an option to download a
converter. The converter allows her to open older
files.

She said that she is not sure if the professors
are having the same issue (she thinks not), but
she will check with them. The professors will call
in if they are having an issue individually.

I am heading over.

Tried to download it by following given 
instructions that pop up but without success.

Doesn't say download complete-- doesn't even 
start. No "button" to click download.

Others in office having similar problem. They 
decided to have only one person call for one 
request. Diana said she would let them know the 
outcome.
