Hi Professor Bliss,

If your department cannot fund a new printer for your office, you 
should still be able to print to the department printer(s).  Please 
let me know if you do not have those as choices.

get her a new one.

Printer says there is a paper jam and she says 
that there isn't one.

(She mentioned that her drop down menus weren't 
working on her web browser, but that is not why 
she was calling.)
