The printing only 1 of 100 pages was a fluke
error. I added Penguin as a TCP/IP connection
because it wasn't showing up on Radar. I gave Brad
config sheets for Penguin.

He got a new profile set up yesterday. He said 
techs told him to call if issues come up...

All print jobs sent from his computer to any 
printer have these problems:
-Takes a long time for them to come out, if at all
-100 page jobs only print first page
