Hi Alicia,

In order to set up your Outlook email specify IMAP
as the server type and sundown.wou.edu as the
server for both incoming and outgoing email. The
outgoing is smtp by default.

Let me know if you have any further questions or a
range of times that you'll be available to have
this set up.
